What is "The Show Off"?

The Show off is one of Swedens largest dance competitions where several crews from Scandinavia competes for a prize of 10.000:- and the possibility to perform one some of Swedens biggest stages.

How do you compete?

The dance crews will be assigned five artists whose music they must use. All crews receive the same five artists, but how they choose to use the music is entirely up to them.

At the event, they will showcase their choreography, where a jury of prominent dancers will evaluate and rate their performance.

Rules

You must use all five artists in your mix. The length of each artist’s segment is up to your crew.

Minimum of 5 participating dancers and a maximum of 20 per dance crew
The performance must be at least 3 minutes and no longer than 3 minutes and 30 seconds
Featuring songs are allowed
It is allowed to combine vocals with other artists’ beats/songs
Remixes are allowed

I've been organizing events for children and young people for over twenty years, but I've never worked with a group of people as talented, competent and passionate as the team behind The Show Off. It is full commitment, nothing is left to chance, everyone should feel involved, both dancers and audience are in focus.
